Q: What is your return policy?

A: CMW Tack has a 10-day return policy on most items that are unused with original tags and packaging. Read our full return policy here.

 

Q: What if an item in my shipment is defective?

A: If you received an in-tact package containing a defective item, please double check the packaging to ensure there is no damage or signs of mishandling. If there is damage to the packaging an insurance claim may need to be created. Contact us immediately at sales@cmw-tack.com. Do not use the product.

 

SHIPPING

 

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: Domestic customers can choose between USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select Ground, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air for their orders.

Our Free USA Economy Shipping utilizes one the above methods at our convenience. Packaging may be recycled, and promotional materials or product covers may not be included.

International customers can choose between USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, USPS Priority Express International, UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, USP Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express, and UPS Express Plus for their orders.

Q; What if my package arrives damaged?

A: If your package arrives damages, please take pictures prior to unboxing. This will help speed up an insurance claim if required. Make note of damage to packaging and products while unboxing. Thoroughly inspect items for damage. Ensure all goods are present. Photograph all items including any damage. Do not use damaged products. Please email us at sales@cmw-tack.com with your pictures and a description of the damage.

 

TRACKING

 

Q: What do I do if my tracking number shows my package was delivered but I did not receive anything?

A: If the tracking number you were provided shows your shipment was delivered, but you did not receive a package please contact us immediately. The sooner you contact us the greater the chance of successful package recovery.

 

ORDER STATUS

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All products and items sold at CMW Tack usually dispatch within 2-7 business days (this excludes custom items and pre-orders). We will contact you as soon as possible if a delay exists and provide you with an estimated ship date. Expected delivery will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Q: Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

A: Items usually dispatch within 2-7 business day. If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please double check your email. You may have received a delayed shipment notification. Messages may go to your spam folder. If you do not have an update or shipping confirmation from us, please look over your order confirmation. You may have purchased a custom item. Custom items are made to order and require a longer wait time. Do not hesitate to reach out to sales@cmw-tack.com, and we will try our best to provide you with an order update.
